  1.                                                 NEIGHBOR DISPLAY/WINDOW

  3.     This button brings a pop-up neighbor display.  Hold down the mouse to view it.  You may 'tear away' the display to create a neighbor window.  Drag the display away from the tool bar and release.

  5.      This shows the names and size of you regional neighbors, allowing you to compare your perfomance to your neighbors.  It also shows the size of the nation your city occupies.
